Cancelation Policy
1. Registration & Membership : Registration is completed upon payment of the membership fee. The membership fee (monthly or quarterly) is non-refundable once the training cycle has started.
2. Child Absences: Child absences are not rescheduled and no refunds are given. A drop-in make-up class may be arranged in another group, only if space is available and within the same month.
3. Academy Cancellations :If a class is canceled by the Academy (e.g. due to weather, facilities, or coach unavailability), the class will either be rescheduled on another date or a proportional discount will be applied to the next membership period.
4. Membership Termination : If a child permanently withdraws from the program, the membership fee is non-refundable. However, the remaining balance may be transferred to another child from the same family.
5. Special Cases : In cases of serious medical reasons (with a valid medical certificate), the Academy may freeze or transfer the membership to a later period.
